Ghost Boat

I hope the occupants of this abandoned boat fared better than the boat itself.  Were there freedom seekers on this boat from Cuba?  Notice the orange sticker on the side of the boat – protocol for the Coast Guard seeking its owner, threatening to tow it away but left to rot instead.
