It was I who was hidden in the mangroves by the sea, barely noticed, experiencing one of the best photo shoots. It has been weeks since I spotted this herd and was hardly able to get close to them (unlike the deer on the other side of the island) until today. Nearly the entire herd walked right by me as I sat in the wet moss under the mangroves.
