The more I go to the reef and the more I see, the more leery (def: cautious, careful, guarded, chary, distrustful, wary due to realistic suspicions) I become. There are large sharks out there! I am fearful of meeting the 8 foot Caribbean Reef shark, as I have before when I was hanging off the ladder of the boat, and the Black -Tipped shark, too. Although apparently uninterested because there is plenty to eat, they are still sharks and I have just watched a rerun of Open Water.
