If yesterday was near-perfect conditions at Looe Key, today was perfect. Winds at 4mph, 85 degrees, aquarmarine waters like glass. Sharks, groupers, barracudas and snappers circled my boat for about three hours.
Barracuda
Yellow-tailed Snappers. Only the small ones are basically left as there is a limit on how big a fisherman may catch them (one foot).
They were so close I could only get head shots. The groupers can weigh 400 pounds.
There were three Goliaths out on the reef. This was the youngest one.
